1. How and when do I pay for my order?
 
Payment is taken online when you place your order. We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards.

2. Whereabouts do you deliver?
UK, NI, Eire & the Channel Islands. We also deliver overseas, for details and costs please call us on 0845 519 8916.
3. Can I collect Goods from the depot/shop?
All the goods advertised are available from one of our many depots/shops. A suitable time will need to be arranged by calling 0845 519 8916.
4. Can I request the Goods be left somewhere if I’m unable to take delivery personally?
Unfortunately no because we do require a signature on delivery.

5. Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may cancel an order at any stage in writing/email before the Goods are dispatched and within 7 working days after the Goods have been delivered. A full refund will be made but only if the Goods are returned in their original condition. In-the-event that we reasonably believe the Goods have been used no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such Goods to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used or Paypal.

6. What should I do if the Goods are faulty?
In the unlikely event of your Goods being faulty you must report this in writing/email within 7 working days after the Goods have been delivered. We will offer an exchange of Goods or a full refund against faulty Goods. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used or Paypal.

8. Will my Goods come from overseas?
Some of our products are manufactured overseas. However, all products will be dispatched from our UK warehouse.

9. Do you store my personal details?
We only store personal identifiable information such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers etc which have been voluntary submitted by you. Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs and our customer-service.

10. How do I know your payment method is safe?
Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independant Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands. Sage Pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. Sage Pay is also an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council global regulation.
The Payment Card Industry has put in place a Data Security Standard with which merchants need to comply. The standard sets out 12 basic security requirements, emphasising the need for encryption, access controls and firewalls. Penalties for non-compliance range from fines to increased auditing requirements or even losing the ability to process credit card transactions.
Every merchant storing, transmitting or processing card data is required to meet certain security standards. More information can be found on the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council website. 

11. How do you protect my personal information?
Your personal information is kept secure. We don’t store critical information such as bank account or credit/debit card details. We do not sell, trade or transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include employees, agents or contractors who assist in operating or conducting our business of servicing you. These third parties agree to keep such information strictly confidential.
